Saba was beyond great. She truly loves what she does and treats her clients like family. it took us over a year to finally find our house. Saba gave us the best advice throughout this process and we gained a lot of information through her. She would respond to my texts/calls immediately and finished tasks promptly and perfectly. I’m not sure where to start as I have so many positive things to say about Saba. She sold our last house about 6 years ago (as we had built a new home in 2007) after I had renters in for a few years. Once the market came back after the crash, Saba helped us get the house ready for sale. She was sensitive but honest with what needed done to get the best price for the house. We listened to her and sold the house quickly for a very fair price.
During the 12 years that we were in our new home, there was at least three different phases that we went through where we thought we wanted to downsize. Each time she did a thorough market analysis to see where we were with prices on our place, and then showed us around to several different condo’s, existing homes as well as new construction. Each time when we decided not to move forward, she just smiled and said to let her know when we were ready.
Well, I guess the fourth time was a charm. Last fall (2018) we finally decided it was time but we were half way through repainting the house to a new look.  Once again, we couldn’t make anything easy for her. Saba jumped in and again, directed us as to what to do for the best curb appeal etc, while taking us out to look at existing homes and new construction. We finally found the home we’d been looking for in a builders model. She went to work, negotiating even tougher than I was, to get us the best price. Considering the offer was contingent on us selling our existing home, we feel that she got us a great price.
Now she had to sell our place. Well, two weeks later the house sold and Saba fought hard once again to get us a price I wasn’t sure that we would be able to get. I wasn’t sure but obviously she was.
As we went through the inspections on both homes, she did the hard work to make sure everything was fair for all parties involved. She attended the closing on both homes and handled any and all of the little things that come up.
All this with a constant smile on her face and pure class and professionalism. I would highly recommend Saba to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a home. We are on our fifth home sense we got married and working with Saba on the last three has made the process much easier and more enjoyable.
